Allen Bradford is an experienced legal counselor and executive, having counseled managed care, health professional, IT and other business clients for more than 25 years and in many states, including as Health Care Chief Counsel to a Fortune 200 corporation and now as General Counsel to emerging businesses.
John has been a lawyer for 38 years, focused primarily on providing legal and compliance services to health insurance, managed care and benefit management businesses. He has held senior legal and compliance positions at CIGNA Healthcare and CIGNA Corporation, and also spent three years in CIGNA's business operations.
Darlene Gerardi, RN, JD applies her knowledge and experience as an attorney and clinician for clients of Bradford, Perlstein and Associates. A Connecticut native, she received her Diploma in Nursing from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing, followed by a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Hartford, member of Sigma Theta Tau. Her nursing career includes experience in pediatrics, post-anesthesia care, home care, school nursing, and over 10 years in adult critical care medicine. She attended Western New England College School of Law, graduating in 1992, and is licensed in Connecticut.
Attorney Cohen's law practice focuses on health care law, health care compliance, criminal defense and civil litigation. He holds Masters degrees in Law and Business Administration, and also holds a Health Care Compliance Certificate. His background includes trial advocacy, internships with the Health Fraud Unit of the Connecticut Attorney General’s Office and the Department of Public Health, a judicial externship with Judge Joseph Shortall on the Complex Litigation Docket, and an undergraduate major in Sports Medicine.
