Mr. Cohen is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He is a cum laude Bachelor of Science graduate of Old Dominion University, where he earned an Award for Academic Excellence in Sports Medicine, followed by his MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Connecticut. He earned his JD, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, with a Health Law Concentration and an Award for Excellence in Clinical Work, and his Master of Laws in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.

 

Mr. Cohen has worked as local counsel with the firms Schutjer Bogar and Minchella Law.  Mr. Cohen has tried both civil and criminal cases, and obtained favorable verdicts, in state-level as well as federal courts.  Mr. Cohen has been affiliated with, and has worked with, Bradford, Perlstein & Associates since early 2011, and in his capacity as an Independent Associate, Mr. Cohen has worked on a myriad of health law, health care compliance, and contract matters.
