Darlene Gerardi, RN, JD applies her knowledge and experience as an attorney and clinician for clients of Bradford, Perlstein and Associates.  A Connecticut native, she received her Diploma in Nursing from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing, followed by a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Hartford, member of Sigma Theta Tau.  Her nursing career includes experience in pediatrics, post-anesthesia care, home care, school nursing, and over 10 years in adult critical care medicine.   She attended Western New England College School of Law, graduating in 1992, and is licensed in Connecticut.

 

Ms. Gerardi provides Bradford, Perlstein’s clients with advice and counsel on federal and state health care regulatory and compliance issues.  Her practice is focused on matters related to scope of medical and nursing practice, clinical laboratories, e-health, HIPAA privacy and security, state license filings for health care entities and a variety of state regulatory matters.
